BTA’s original storage location was established in 1998 and is located in Rockwall, Tx, spanning over seventeen acres with a little over 1000 units. The next location to join the BTA family is the Royse City, Tx location, followed by our Terrell, Tx location, then the Wills Point, Tx location, and finally with our newest location in Forney, Tx that opened in 2023. For over 20 years, we have proudly served thousands of customers across our five exceptional storage locations.

BTA Self Storage offers a wide variety of storage units at affordable prices to help fit the needs of all our customers. Our storage facilities contain units as small as 5’X5’ up to 24’X30’, which come in both temperature and non-temperature controlled units. We also offer a variety of RV and boat parking storage, covered and non-covered spaces, as well as enclosed parking storage. Additionally, we lease a variety of commercial offices and industrial building suites ranging from 200 SQ FT up to 7,500 SQ FT. All of our storage locations have large showroom stocked with a wide variety of moving supplies, packing supplies, and a full line of boxes.
